Pretty sure we got this right, both coaches confused.

NFHS rules:
3rd & 3 at B's 23 yard line. A1's run is to B's 18 yard line. A's coach is in the restricted area while the ball is live. This is team A's 2nd offense. After enforcement it will be A's ball, 1st & 10 at B's 23 yard line. True or False?
