Superfluous ...

The phrase “…when time-out is called…” was changed to “…when time-out is requested...”

When I discuss basketball rules, I like to use rule language as much as possible, so I'm a big "time out requested" and "time out granted" guy.

Others may find this superfluous, and are simply "timeout called" guys.
