Enforcement of multiple unsportsmanlike or nonplayer foul on touchdown

NFHS rules
R.8-2-4
An unsportsmanlike conduct or nonplayer foul which occurs during a down in which a touchdown is scored may be enforced on the try or on the succeeding kickoff.

R. 10-2-5a. Enforcement of live-ball unsportsmanlike, and nonplayer fouls are administered separately and in order of occurrence.

Situation: B recovers A's fumble and runs for a touchdown. During the run, prior to the touchdown, B commits two unsportsmanlike fouls. The touchdown will count, and A will have the option of enforcement on the try or succeeding kickoff. May A enforce one penalty on the try and the second on the succeeding kickoff? Or must they both be enforced at the same time?

I haven't seen this particular play. "Simplified and Illustrated" page 212, shows a similar situation, but no enforcement guidance. I haven't located a case book item yet. Can anyone direct me toward a citation for this type of situation?
Thanks,
