During a Game the following had occurred, a shooting foul was called, followed by a Technical foul, the order of the penalties awarded was 1 Tech foul FT, 2 Free throws for the player fouled on the shot, and possession to the same team.
is this correct?
i had remembered that while this happens only 3 FT's are awarded (first without Defenders in the zone) , following by regular Free throws.
