That's a practical use of the lineup card. Use it for noting warnings and ejections as well as defensive and offensive trips. Note the inning, score, who the warning/ejection was given to, what it was for, and what (if any) response was given. Simple notes like that can make writing reports after the game (if needed) a LOT easier.
