Officiating in Philadelphia area as a volunteer

Hi everyone,

does anyone know about officiating opportunities (starting from next September) in the Philadelphia area as a volunteer (not being paid and not considered employment) ?
I am an international student on a student visa status and I cannot engage in any employment activities off-campus for legal reasons, but still willing to referee and improve my officiating skills (I have been a referee for 8 years in Italy and I will probably certify as a PIAA official next year - obtaining the certification, per se, seems to be allowed fortunately).
I am already aware of intramurals at my university, and I have officiated them this year, so what I am referring to are off-campus opportunities.
Also, if anyone knows some good camps in Philadelphia starting from September, any suggestion on the matter would be appreciated too, as I would be interested in attending some of them to pick up the rules and mechanics better and quicker.

Thank you.
