Yes Bucky, when you're old you need good cushion. I wouldnt wear them to run miles because i use Hoka for that. Hoka's have even more cushion. For refereeing they are still my favorite...and if a shoe is black ive tried it. The air max 2017 works best for me.
P. S. (I havnt fined you lately. Perhaps i should for your thoughts on the double dribble thread....
