You could attend games at UNC, NCSU, Duke, Wake Forest, or UVA. If you're going to be by yourself, you'll probably not have much trouble getting into anywhere but Duke. It's the smallest arena of the five. Scalpers are regularly on Franklin St. in Chapel Hill and I'm sure they're around the other schools too. Here's the website for each of the 5 schools. Give them a call. You may be able to buy now and pick up at the Will Call window.
