Yes, this was a backcourt violation. We know that the T has primary responsibility for backcourt violations, but I saw at the start of the video was that the L and T were opposite table, the L was initiating a rotation just as the defense initially tapped the ball away from the ball handler toward the division line. This then caused the crew to not be in the best position to see a backcourt violation.
