Looks like the ball hits the line to me. I actually like that the T waves the C up, I think its good communication to get your partner to take over a play on his side of the court. Only problem is that the original T moved down before the new T could get into suitable position to referee the midcourt line. With 30 seconds left, there's an argument to be made that it didn't matter, though a turnover there and FSU could potentially cut the score to 4, so who knows.
