Touch the ball to the floor (low sweeping move)
Is this a violation? A1 receives a pass. Then sweeps the ball very low (below the knees) from one side of their body to the other while holding the ball in both hands and the ball actually touches the floor during the sweeping move. Following the sweeping move, A1 initiates a dribble.
