Actually a serious question! Professional wrestling referee?

What are the qualifications to become a professional wrestling referee? I know the referee controls a lot of the action and judges by crowd reaction as to when the wrestlers should start winding up the match.

Also, they have to learn to take bumps and look like they are trying to keep it fair while the "heels" get their illegal hits in behind the refs back!

Anyway, it looks like fun and I know there are a lot of Indy wrestling shows all over the world that need referees.
