is it a rule that only the coaches can be in the corner during a tourney match? if so how can it be inforced uniformly? i see some refs do inforced it while others dont. maybe there should be a couple of "extra" peopple walking around to inforce the rules. before somebody gets hurt. also some AAU coaches try to take the "chairs" away from the high school coaches. this just isnt right.

NFHS (high school) rules allow 2 TEAM personnel in the corner at a tournament.
Floor access and crowd control are the job of the host management. The referee's are generally too busy to do crowd control but assist on occasion.
