2008-9 Possible FED Rule Changes
 

On another web site for officiating, there was a thread about possible rule changes for next year.

I am wondering if anyone who frequents this site has a copy of the proposals, or knows what they are.

(Also, I am so sick and tired of the "is it legal to tickle thread" I had to get rid of it)

The only site that I am aware of is the national federation site. Here is the link: http://www.nfhs.org/web/2006/08/wrestling.aspx I don't see any proposals for next year.
