Put These Events In Proper Sequence

A. Coin/disk flip to determine choice of odd/even matches.
B. Referee calls team captains out for coin/disk flip.
C. Wrestler with choice in first match reports to scorer's table.
D. Referee conducts pre-meet team inspections.
E. Teams conduct pre-meet warmups on mat.
F. Referee performs inspection of wrestling area / mat.
G. Wrestler that doesn't have choice in first match reports to scorer's table.
H. Referee arrives at meet location.
I. Referee meets with scorers and timekeepers.
J. Playing of National Anthem.

Put the above events in the "correct" sequence. Note that there is some room for variation among answers, but take a shot anyway. It will be interesting to see how different people view this.
