Post match shove
Middle School... Close match decided by a reversal with less than 10 seconds left. After the wrestlers "untangle" at the whistle, the winner shoves his opponent with two hands to the bank. Probably a "3" on the 1-10 scale (10 is most violent). I know is HTBT but curious if any penalty should be accessed.
Note: I officiate other sports but haven't seen a wrestling match in over 30 years. Thanks.

The match is over and winner is declared. Unsportsmanlike contact on the Winner deduct 1 team point if the push was as minor as you say.
