Frosh and JV/Varsity scrimmage next Tuesday, 8/23 and HS Jamboree on Saturday morning, 8/23 then NCAA D3 match on Saturday evening, 8/27.

My gradeschool is fielding vollyball for the first time in 30+ years, and I offered to be the scorer. Our opener is September 10.

After viewing a number of online tutorials for scorekeeping under NFHS rules and getting the NFHS rule book and CYO local rules (my past experience has been as a statistician under NCAA rules), I am anxious for the season to start.

Stat-Man,
I was a scorer at the Varsity level before taking a year off.When I came back I spotted for the student assistant taking stats.Having any volleyball in your background is a big help.
