Had this happen tonight. ball served, when opposing team was ready to hit ball, serving team crowed let off a air horn. What should the call be. My partner and I confered and did a reserve, and I told the coach to go to the stands and make sure it didnt happen again..

You handled it correctly. Dealing with it is game management's (facility supervisor or home coach) responsibility. Stop play temporarily while they deal with it, then move on with the match.
