How confusing has it been?

I have no V Vball this year because I am totally filled with V Boys Soccer. Since I haven't done any games or even had a chance to watch any, how confusing has the L serving been? I know the first year the L was introduced we were all patient with each other and it seemed to eventually go pretty smoothly.... except for some confusion at first on when and how to sub.
