hey, i am another crossover novice. i am a bb,vb,sb reff who is going to try to coach vb for 5-6 grade girls this year. i don't know how to be a coach in the least and i was hoping i could get some advice (drills, perspective, the basics), thanks

Keep your chin up and lead by example. Let them know that volleyball, teamwork is fun! Teach fundamentals. Keep smiling! ;)
