I say around here it is nearly 80%, but I mostly see larger schools. It has taken a couple of full seasons for high school coaches to use it. Club seemed to utilize the libero and embrace it much more than the school's did. Of course that seems to be the way with most stuff.

Had two three games thus far.
One JV/Var City League schools, neither team used libero One Frosh - one team did, other didn't One Varsity Suburban schools - both team used only one served.
