The NFHS rulebook states rosters need to be submitted 10 minutes prior to match starting and line ups due 2 minutes before game starting. What is the penalty if this does not happen - delay or point/loss of serve? I can't seem to find he penalty in either the rulebook or casebook.

Found the answer in the case book. Sorry everyone. In case you are wondering, the answer is loss of point/serve.

BigToe, NFHS Rules Book page 28 - Rule 7-1 Penalty 1 for late roster, Penalty 2 for late lineup before the match, Penalty 3 for late lineup between games and Penalty 4 for not having adding a player/substitute to the roster after the submission deadline.

Don't always depend on the Case Book since there are many uncorrected errors in it.
