Anyone no of a site that has the rule differences between NFHS and club ?

In the first paragraph on the above page, you will find the following:

"Rules comparison documents are developed annually by PAVO and distributed to OTP clinic attendees and PAVO members during the pre-season period. Two documents are created - one compares NCAA, USAV and NFHS rules; that document is available in .pdf format (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) by clicking here."

Click on the last two words of the above on the PAVO website and you can download the 3-way comparison document for NCAA-USAV-NFHS. That should give you the info that you are asking for.
