I'll admit, I like the white polo shirts, but I have to confess that I do miss the stripes, too. But white shoes with the stripes and black pants. Yuck!

Any recommendations of where to purchase White Polo with "Certified Volleyball" logo on sleeve from? How about sizing of shirts? (Do they run true...smaller/larger?)

Thanx in advance!

thank them for that. NFHS should do that. and Black shoes with Navy....no.

And....as a ha, ha. What shoes after September? Well, modern fashion has given way to that old tradition.

NFHS will never mandate navy pants and white shoes. The reason is simple: Most states keep with black shoes and black pants so that it's easier for washed-up basketball refs to "officiate" the sport. "VB is easy. All you have to do is stand there," is the common refrain.

Unfortunately, many state offices find VB to be a nuisance to be endured prior to basketball season.

For the record, I've lived in states where each of the uniform styles was required. Also, in states where VB is a high priority...and another where it is a complete afterthought to anyone other than the coaches and players. :-(
