Joust and antenna

I only saw this the other day, because there was a challenge and they showed the slow-mo footage…Mini-joust on the right end of the net. At a moment when the ball was in contact by both the attacker and the blocker, it touched the antenna.
What’s the call?

NFHS this is a replay

9.4.6 SITUATION A: Immediately following a joust, the ball rolls along the top of the net into the antenna, landing out of bounds on Team S's side of the net. RULING: Replay. COMMENT: There is simultaneous contact on the joust. The ball becomes dead when it hits the antenna and a replay is issued. (9-3-3a, 9-8-1)

Not quite the same - the joust was still active when the ball touched the antenna.
For me it would still be a replay, though in the match I referenced above, the call ended up being out off the attacker. It is possible (likely even) that the R2 saw something else on the CRS monitor.

I'm finding what often looks like a joust to the naked eye is often actually definitively out off one team when reviewing on replay.

Not sure what could change the ruling since the ball can't either side of the if hits the antenna without another contact outside of the joist.

That would be quite the cluster if it could be reviewed that it wasn't a joust. In which case they would be better off to eliminate joust from the rules.

It most certainly can be reviewed that it wasn't a joust. It's a normal in/out challenge, in which case a team is saying it's out off of the other team.

Review it slowed down enough and any joust is a no-joust. I think what SNIPERBBB is saying is that therefore the prescribed way to deal with a joust doesn’t matter anymore in the CRS times and perhaps should be removed from the rules.

Except that not everyone has CRS, even some that do (especially below d1) is clear enough to see, and a coach might not choose to challenge the replay. Until we get to reviewing every play and having a replay official buzz in, then the rule needs to stay.

MPSF tournament. Several tool and joust like play calls were reversed. CSR is something else for sure. Wonder how long before AI gets in there too…
