How do we handle things that the r2 is supposed to do when your by yourself? Specifically things like lineup checks before sets/during sets?

I do the lineup checks exactly the same way I would do it if I were the R2. Then I roll the ball to the first server as I walk across the court to the stand. Easy cheesy.

I tell the scorer to give me a thumbs-up when s/he is done recording subs, and I tell the captains that subs need to wait for ME to beckon them onto the court.

Other than that, I can't think of anything that's all that unusual.
