How do you all attach your patches to your uniforms?

If it's something that is worn not all the time, then a magnet.

If I wear it frequently, then I have it sewn on (so a set of soirts with these patches, and a set without).

I use magnets, too. I superglue one half of the magnet to the patch. Not too hard to do. I have a friend who uses 2-sided tape for his patches. He attaches the tape to the patch and then keeps the exposed side sticky by covering it with backing paper (or however it's originally sold) when it's not on a shirt. When it loses its stickiness, it's easy to replace.

I also use magnets. For the USAV/PAVO smaller patches, a mason jar lid super glued to the back makes for a great magnet base and keeps the patch from curling.
