NFHS rule regarding blood
 

I cannot find anyplace in the FED rulebook that talks about what happens if there's blood on a player's uniform. There's no reference to blood in the index. I don't see it under the uniform rules, or under sub rules, or in the casebook.

Can somebody point me to any guidance on how to address blood situations in NFHS rules?
