Exceptions sub in different rule sets
If a player is removed from the set via exceptional sub, I think that:
NCAA allows that player to return to play in subsequent sets, and the exceptional sub is not counted as one of the 15 subs allowed for that set; USAV does not allow the player to return to the match, and the exceptional sub is not counted as one of the 12 subs allowed for that set; FED allows that player to return to play in subsequent set, and the exceptional sub IS counted as one of the 18 subs allowed for that set (if it has any remaining). Is that correct? |
