NFHS Penalty Card Administration (Multiple Offenses)

When administering red cards due to unsporting conduct at the conclusion of a rally to two separate players from opposing teams, it is my understanding that the R1 penalizes the team that won the rally first followed by the team that lost the rally, so as to not alter which team will serve the next rally.

Can anyone provide a specific NFHS rules reference, case situation, page number, etc. from the NFHS rules book, case book, or officials manual? I am sure I have seen it before, but have searched all NFHS publications high and low with no success.

Thanks in advance!

I think you might be right. I wonder if this is another instance of a case play being removed with no notice. Unfortunately, I don't have any older case books to check.
