Glitter

I thought for sure that glitter and/or face paint were illegal under NCAA rules, but I can't find a rule or case play that seems to address it. I thought it might be under player equipment, but there's nothing there.

Can someone point me to any rules/cases that deal with face paint/glitter?

We had players last night who had glitter on their faces and some with glitter in the hair (but not on the face). What, if anything, should happen in this situation?
