Subvarsity # of officials

I was just wondering how many officials are used for subvarsity weeknight and tourneys.

We have a league which uses only one official for a weeknight freshman or JV match with the two officials coming together for varsity. Apparently we have one of those schools who is now trying to run a 16 team, 4 court JV tourney this weekend and may be trying to use only 1 official per match (Either that or they have 2 officials per match and ZERO breaks during the day). The problem with the tourney is they are still paying us as if we had breaks during the day and two officials per match.

Weeknight: Most Frosh and Soph is one person. Sometimes, one official works Frosh A, one works Frosh B and they get together for the Soph. Usually, two officials work the JV and V double header. Sometimes, one official works both the Frosh A and Frosh B, and two official work Soph and JV separately and then get together for V. (And, some of this depends on how many levels the school "officially" has, and whether they want to squeeze in an extra match to get more playing time.)

Tourney: Most sub-varsity is one person, but it's occasionally two at the soph and JV level.

In my area of IL we use 2 officials for Frosh, JV and V. All three matches are played in a row. IL plays best 2 out of 3 to 25 in each although the Frosh may play to 15 if there is a 3rd set. We also do not use line judges.
