Double hit or play on

Ball comes from back row Team A just over net to Team B.
Big middle for Team B mistimes her jump and jumps too early to smack it back down.
The ball is above the net; On her way down she tries to swipe at the ball but it tips up into the air, falls straight down and she bumps it to the setter.
Is that a block? and the second touch is actually the first touch and the team still has 2 more touches?
