Are sweat bands on the forearm legal? They are about 3" long.
Do you use the following unwritten rule, If it is not listed as illegal in the rule, then it must be legal????
What do you do? Neither libero nor teammates have a solid jersey

1) Yes
2) Yes
3) The team must play without a libero
