1st ud called
 
A player gets into the game wearing illegal equipment (earing), noticed during live play (yellow card). Do we wait till action stops, or do we whistle during live play?
If whistled during live play, would play then continue with a re-serve?

Hopefully we all are exercising preventive officiating and would catch this during warmups before the match starts.

That said, if it somehow gets by us and is noticed during live play, I would wait for the ball to become dead, then administer the YUD administrative yellow card.
