Shot put cartwheel

The NCAA rules explicitly prohibit "cartwheel techniques." NFHS does not specifically address this. However, I contend that the shot is BELOW the shoulder when the competitor is inverted. That makes it a violation of 6-5-8 and 6-5-9d.
