PU here uses a NCAA safe mechanic on the dropped third strike. I wonder if that will work its way down.

Even if one were to approve of this silly mechanic----

Why would you need to do it when the ball is at the backstop?

Do you signal safe on a stolen base when the catcher airlails the throw into Center Field?
