Nutty Buddy
 

I was ordering some new supplies and noticed that the famous Nutty Buddy is now reasonably priced (about 30 bucks if I remember correctly) so I ordered one and tired it out during a tournament Monday and Tuesday...
Now I have to say, over the years, I haven't taken many shots to the nuts with a conventional cup, but when I have, none have been excruciating.
Sure enough, Monday I took a foul ball (bat to plate to balls) and thought I was going to die. I have never felt that much pain..

So as far as all this talk about nutty buddies, I have to say.... nice video, but beware, YMMV.

Were you wearing it in a jockstrap on top of compression shorts?

I've been hit a couple of times in mine and felt absolutely nothing.

Yes, the supplied jock strap over compression shorts.
Everything was in place.

Previously when singing, I could only hit a D... Now I bet I can hit an F#. :-)

sizing is important. all the boys and goods have to nestle comfortably within. can't let one of the boys dangle out or it will pinch and slice him.

this is why I prefer to sissors.
