Gotta tell you folks....I was impressed with the RBI organization.

It appears that most of the young'ens are associated with boys/girls
clubs of America.

We have eight teams taking part in this "World Series".
Teams are, that I am sure of right now, from CA., TX., RI., IL.,
San Juan, and GA. Did not see the other two today.

A lot of these kids cannot speak english, could not spell softball.
For most it was the first time out of their local areas.

But one thing is clear. They enjoy the game of softball and
really have fun playing it. From coaches to all players I met today,
they are polite and courteous...Ages are from 15-18...

The RBI group is funded largely by the Major Legaues...We have 4
softball fields going and 7 on the baseball side...These kids are
having fun.

Looking forward to the remainder of this tournament.
