I got an e-mail that said:
"ASA Members You can now get the ASA Official Rules of Softball on your mobile device"

Anyone know if I can just get it for my computer?

It is not available for computer, mobile devices only.
And it is not a reader. You can only search for terms and get results.

That being said, I got it and I like it.

It's $4.95 for an annual subscription. And the ASA site says the app does not replace the rule book. I hope there's no conflict between the two!
