I'm a baseball only kinda guy, but this question is generic enough that I can post it to both the baseball/softball boards.

I bought a helmet earlier this year and have been using it about 50% of the time -- on really hot days I've been working with the mask/hat combo since with a helmet I have no hat to catch the sweat.

Anyone else using the helmet this season? Any ideas for keeping the sweat under control?

I have a +POS Ultra Light mask as well as the new All Star Titanium Umpire Helmet/Mask combination. Which mask I use isn't as much heat related, as it is level of play. I usually sweat less using helmet/mask combination because of not wearing the hat.
