Exactly - we're talking about events that occur milliseconds from each other. You didn't call her out for hitting the ball the first time while out of the box... you're eyesight's really so amazing that you can say the foot's outside the box 4 milliseconds later?

And we will now get a measure of the speed with which Andy's cat-like reflexes actually reactions now that coaches may have a stopwatch on the field to check important data like that!
