ASA U10 Special Rules ?

Is there a section/publication speaking directly about u10 exceptions to the usual rules common to the other ages ?

Most sanctions have eliminated them. In PONY, there is a separate section.

Restated to the original post:

No, because there are no ASA 10U special rules anymore. They play exactly the same as older ages with two exceptions that aren't actually playing rules:

1) Pitch from 35',
2) Play with 11" ball instead of 12".

All the other "exceptions" were eliminated several years back.

It's great to always count on you and others who can type to clarify my crypticness. :)
Seriously, I always appreciate your explanations. :)
