When does the Fed announce the rule changes for next year, I have forgotten what month they usually come out.
I have heard that the proposals are out there for moving the pitchers plate back to college depth and to adopt the NCAA 8 runs after 5 innings instead of the 10 after 5 now in use. Anybody else hear anything from their state?
