In that case, I agree with your call. The HTBT part would include did the runner have time to react, was the runner hard charging into the catcher regardless, etc.

Though I have yet to have the opportunity to make this call in INT play, I think the ISF rule makes it easier for the umpire to make a more decisive call. There is no doubt that it promotes offense.

Thanks. From the sound of it, I think I would prefer the ISF rule. At the upper levels, promoting a little offense would be a good thing for the game (IMO).
