I like this. 70 feet would be a good thing to add a little more defense to the SP game.

What clarifications did they feel they needed to make?
Funny, they always seem to tell me that 6" of tape already IS 10"! :eek:
What are the circumstances surrounding this one? Not sure I'm understanding it fully.

The previous interpretation was to allow runners steal a base, not allow a BR advance past 1B on a walk.

The present rule says "kick" which is not the same as swat with a hand.
