Me(coach) and my team in girls 9-10 fast pitch, had a practice game the other night and got beat 16-1 and I was so dissappointed that we stranded fully loaded bases 3 times.

Can anyone give me some suggestions on what to pratice on in batting 101.

I bought a tee to learn the basics and also got a book called "Coaching Fastpitch successfuly" by Kathy Veroni.

It is good reading material and suggest it to anyone beggining.

But i got to do something about our batting game....HELP.

I found that when I was coaching that age group you should have bunting practice every day, it helps them learn to keep their eye on the ball. Jim
