Tanel 360 Question

I just got a pair of these plate shoes and they feel confortable with the exception of the toe area being quite narrow. I have narrow feet but the toe aea is pinching.

Little Jimmy posted previously that he had the same problem and used a wedges to make the toe box larger. What's a wedge? How do I do this so I don't have to return the shoes?

Help me Little Jimmie, your my only hope.....(credits to Star Wars).

Depending how old you are..........your dad may have a shoe wedge in his closet........I still have one.........

I have not seen one in the stores since the 60's.

I have a pair of wooden shoe trees that I bought at a shoe store. They are spring-loaded and the toe section is split so it expands across the shoe. I used them to stretch out a pair of NB walking shoes that I use for SP and on the bases.

Tons of listings for shoe trees on ebay. Might look on there.

I have the Tanel plate shoes and love them. I even bought another pair just to have when needed.

In the past, I have worn steel toe shoes for work and never liked them. They always rubbed my frrt / toes raw.

With these shoes, I cannot even tell that they are steel toe. Absolutely no adverse affect. Could easily ware them as base shoes or even for around the house slippers.

I have heard this complaint quite a bit which is why I have steered clear of them.

I have an older model of these, with a wooden handle instead of the strap.

I got three pairs of those when that happened. Still have a pair in the box.

I ony have one pair, but need new ones if anyone knows where they are available. I tried the usual major sources, but only odd sizes (e.g., 15) left.
My new 3N2 are fine, but I would sell them if I could get Riddells.
