interference on deflected batted ball

Don't have any of my rule books with me now. Does NCAA, NFHS, or ASA consider it interference by runner if a batted ball deflects off the pitcher and then the runner runs into the fielder who was getting ready to make a play on the ball or does it have to be intentional for it to be considered interference? In NFHS, that is by definition an initial play on a batted ball, and would be interference, intentional or not.

ASA - it must be judged as intentional. Whether it is B or BR.
