Anyone have a summary of USSSA fastpitch rules differences with ASA and/or PONY?

The 2010 USSSA book has a DH, the 2011 has changed it to the DP/FLEX (similar to ASA/NFHS)

DP/FLEX and AP and 2 feet on the pitching plate (like ASA).
